Manifest 2009

Holy Flugen. I know it was like a month ago now, but I haven't been bothered updating my journal in far too long.

So basically I attended the tenth Melbourne Anime Festival, 'Manifest' convention from August 21-23. There was heaps of awesome stuff there to see and do including the cosplay competition, cosplay chess, Neil Creek photography (as always), Video games and much more.

I cosplayed as Paine from FFX-2 and my friend Jexie cosplayed as Yuna. We were going to do a skit, but our other friend who was GOING to cosplay as Rikku bailed on us and we decided to call it off. Regardless it was a lot of fun and I can't wait til next year.

If you plan on attending Manifest next year, expect to see Sheik from LOZ and Lucy from Elfen Lied. *grins* Twill be grand.
